Pay: 350.00- 400.00 per day

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated RICS Surveyor to join our team, focusing on fabric surveying for commercial buildings. Our client has over 150 stories of commercial buildings to survey mainly across London and the south, with occasional jobs out of London, for which accommodation will be provided. Mileage is paid at 45p per mile after 50 miles.

Responsibilities:

  • Internal and external fabric surveys.
  • Produce survey summary.
  • Raise reactive work orders.
  • Provide risk rating.
  • Photographic surveys.
