TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Refrigeration Engineers to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies covering Surrey As a Refrigeration Engineer you’ll be working within your own dedicated sites as the client’s first point of call for PPM and reactive work. * Location – Guildford and surrounding * Door-to-door pay for travel time. * OTE with Overtime and Bonus to be around £12,000 additional earnings * Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday + 1 in 4 weeks on-call Pay * Junior (Level 1) – £34,245/yr. F-Gas C1 and a year experience within AC/Refrig * Engineer (Level 2) – £44,436/yr. F-Gas C1 and NVQ in AC/R with up to 5yrs experience * Senior (Level 3) – £49,767/yr. F-Gas C1 and NVQ in AC/R with 5yrs + experience Key Responsibilities: * Perform PPM and reactive maintenance across your designated sites * Carry out fault-finding and repairs across refrigeration systems * Reporting leaks or completed tasks via internal system * Senior Responsibilities will include reports, surveys, and point of call for Engineers and Juniors for support Benefits: * Door-to-door pay for travel time. * Company van (with personal use option from Day 1) and fuel card. * 25 days annual leave + bank holidays. * Opportunity to earn additional income through enhanced overtime rates. * 4% bonus (subject to target achievement). * Group pension scheme with matched contributions (5% – 6%). * Life assurance coverage. * Access to a state-of-the-art training academy and funded training programs. * Discounts on B&Q/Trade Point and Nuffield Fitness. * Cycle to Work scheme and Health Cash Plan. * Refer a Friend reward scheme.
