TXM Recruit is currently seeking a Building Services Admin to join our clients team based in Redditch. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating BMS-related issues, producing daily and weekly reports, and providing technical advice on all matters relating to Verisae and Trend systems. You will gather and analyse technical data to support trend analysis and prepare and distribute detailed technical reports to contractors and the client.
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Office Based: Redditch
The ideal candidate must have an understanding of BMS systems on or off the tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the continual daily technical functions and duties associated with maintaining web based BMS System.
- Create innovative reports suitable for all levels skillsets to fully understand.
- Produces work requests and initiates follow-up to ensure timely disposition and close-out of actions.
- Responsible for tracking action items and issues through to resolution.
- Assists the Bureau Manager with in the identification of areas for improvement within the Bureau.

Requirements
- An understanding of FM and support services contracting and performance measurement and monitoring.
- Good HVAC knowledge, knowledge of hot and cold-water systems, knowledge of renewable energy and basic electrical knowledge.
- Understanding and experience of the retail industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and good telephone manner.
