At TXM Recruit, we’re building more than a recruitment business, we’re building a culture. We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment, working closely with clients and candidates to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
Own the full 360° recruitment cycle, from business development to placing top engineering talent. Win and manage new clients using strategic outreach, networking, and confident pitching. Source and place exceptional engineering talent across civil, mechanical, electrical, and other technical disciplines.
Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates as a trusted advisor. Ensure a seamless, professional experience for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within one of the engineering sectors.
- Understanding of the engineering talent market and key industry trends.
