At TXM Recruit, we’re building more than a recruitment business, we’re building a culture. We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment, working closely with clients and candidates to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Owning the full 360° recruitment cycle, from business development to placing top engineering talent.
  • Winning and managing new clients using strategic outreach, networking, and confident pitching.
  • Sourcing and placing exceptional engineering talent across civil, mechanical, electrical, and other technical disciplines.
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates as a trusted advisor.
  • Ensuring a seamless, professional experience for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the engineering sector.
  • Understanding of the engineering talent market and key industry trends.
