At TXM Recruit, we’re building more than a recruitment business, we’re building a culture. We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment, working closely with clients and candidates to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
- Owning the full 360° recruitment cycle, from business development to placing top engineering talent.
- Winning and managing new clients using strategic outreach, networking, and confident pitching.
- Sourcing and placing exceptional engineering talent across civil, mechanical, electrical, and other technical disciplines.
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates as a trusted advisor.
- Ensuring a seamless, professional experience for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the engineering sector.
- Understanding of the engineering talent market and key industry trends.
