We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Rail and Transport division. This is a 360 role where you’ll take ownership of your desk, driving revenue, developing client relationships, and delivering top-tier talent solutions.
- Taking full ownership of the 360° recruitment cycle, from business development through to successful placements.
- Proactively winning new business through strategic outreach, networking, and market insight.
- Managing and growing existing client relationships, becoming a trusted recruitment partner.
- Sourcing, engaging, and placing high-calibre engineering professionals across multiple disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, etc.).
- Delivering a high-quality, consultative service to both clients and candidates.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within Rail or a technical sector. Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. A driven, self-motivated mindset with a focus on results and performance. Solid understanding of the engineering market and recruitment landscape.
