TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician to work for one of the UKs largest and leading FM companies supporting them on a furniture contract in Reading.

  • The salary is £41,499.00
  • The role will involve working 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (including bank holidays)
  • 5 days on, 2 days off - Rotating shift pattern
  • On-call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks
  • Overtime @ 1.5x after 40 hours

As a static M&E Engineer, you’ll be the first point of contact for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and general building services across your allocated site. The work will be PPM and Building Services focused. The tasks could include lighting and power upgrades, circuit board repairs, emergency light testing, and other planned maintenance. You will also be asked to support with general plumbing and fabric work without the facility including minor repairs.
