TXM Recruit are currently looking for a BMS Engineer to join one of the UKs leading commercial FM providers to retailers across the country. The role is field based, however, being based in Reading is an ideal location.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Salary: £50k
  • Location: Mobile Field Role - Reading hub
  • Extra: In certain situations when engineers are off and an emergency has arisen, there will be a Gateshead site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintenance of Building Management Systems
  • Fault finding, diagnostics and energy performance reviews
  • Identifying, reporting and quoting for system repairs, upgrades and enhancements
  • Supporting continuous improvement of system efficiency and performance
  • Experience with Trend, Tridium, Siemens and RDM ideal.
