TXM Recruit is working in partnership with a high-profile railway client. They are expanding their projects and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team located in East Midlands on a 3-month contract . This role pays £400 per day . The successful Project Manager could be working on several projects including lighting replacements, cycle hub refurbishments, forecourt pedestrianisation, station rebuilds, and canopy works. You will work across several projects of varying values, collaborating closely with all stakeholders. What we require: Rail property experience as a Project Manager. Project Management Qualification (e.g., Prince2, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with project stakeholders, including facilitation of workshops. Project management experience of medium complexity projects throughout the project lifecycle in a rail environment, ideally stations. TOC & NR experienced PM. Experience with TOC governance, consent, and NR engineering assurance processes. Experience working collaboratively and as part of a program team to ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and within budget. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and project management systems and planning tools. Proven ability to build and influence relationships within the business and with senior stakeholders up to C-suite level, both internally and externally. Experience in managing and presenting accurate reports and documentation in line with governance requirements. Experience in contractual management in project delivery. Experience managing project budgets, including reporting and accurate forecasting.
