If so, TXM Recruit are working in partnership with a high-profile railway client.
They are looking for a Rail Depot Duty Manager to join their team located in the Kettering on a contract basis.
This role is paying 21 per hour (circa 41,000 per annum).
The Duty Depot Delivery Managers manage the day-to-day delivery of the depot operations.
You will manage the interface with all stakeholders such as train crew, drivers, third party contractors and ensure that the operations of the sidings are delivered safely.
You will also be responsible for the safe movement of trains on and off the sidings and the development, maintenance and delivery of the associated operational procedures at the location.
Key responsibilities: Leading and directing all Fleet and driver operations on and off the sidings.
Ensure work is carried out to the agreed operational standards and that assigned tasks are progressing appropriately Ensuring safe control of the movement of trains on and off the sidings and manage all associated issues with the appropriate parties Being accountable for third party contractors; ensuring they are working safely, within operational standards for the site and meeting their required contractual service level agreements for cleaning and maintenance Providing real time information to Control and th...
