TXM Recruit is working in partnership with a world-renowned and award-winning FM Company. They are expanding and enhancing their teams on site at one of their key accounts and are looking for a Project Manager to join a commercial project in the Northwest, with the scope to oversee various projects on a long-term contract. We are looking for a manager to oversee the H&S, labour, and M&E packages on site. The sites will include refurbishments and the construction of various commercial properties.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee both the Mechanical and Electrical installation on site.
  • Manage all Civil & Groundwork labour on site.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders and clients including frequent updates on the progress of the project.
  • Promote strict Health & Safety rules on site.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day.

Pay: £275-£300 Per day (CIS).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Relevant trade background (NVQ)
  • Experience managing groundworks and civils projects
  • Enhanced DBS
  • SMSTS or SMSTS
  • First-Aid (desired)
  • Temporary works certificate (desired)
