Overview: To ensure correct completion of works orders, generate CofC’s, ensuring a match of serial numbers to product documentation & arrange all shipments. To provide a clear link across Cell planning within the daily production system, generating exception reports.
Responsibilities:
- Completion of jobs within Epicor ensuring all materials & labour allocated.
- This role will be involved in Logistics, packaging, and dispatch (invoice generation, serial number scanning/processing/internal customer needs and requirements).
- Match serial numbers from each CofC and allocate to each shipment.
- Generate all documentation for shipments including: Commercial Invoice, CofC with Visual Factory, Delivery notes, Master Pack shipment documents.
- Generation of Declarations of Origin, as required.
- Customer portal entries for shipments & customer documentation entry.
- Arrange logistics for shipments in & out of site.
- Liaise with customers regarding any delivery queries.
- Keeping shipping documentation up to date on Epicor.
- Generating reports.
- Employee Skin check testing.
- Liaise with accounts regarding customer status.
- Obtaining carriage quotes for sales & purchasing.
- Checking and counter signing pallet sheets.
- Filing and other ad-hoc duties.
- Company First aid.
Key Skills:
- Strong customer focus.

- Ability to identify and evaluate operational risks.
- Experience operating in an engineering/technical and manufacturing environment.

- Proficiency in MES Software (Visual Factory) and Epicor Kinetic ERP system.
Education & Experience:
- Essential: Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.

- High level of diligence and attention to detail.
- Customs commodity & Tarriff code requirements.
- Knowledge of declaration of origin requirements for export shipping.
- Relevant knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement processes.
- Factory Health & Safety awareness.
