What You’ll Be Doing
- Running the day-to-day operations of a busy UK office
- Managing suppliers, contractors, and facilities services
- Owning health & safety and statutory compliance (fire, HVAC, audits, etc.)
- Acting as the key contact for landlords and building management
- Providing high-level EA/PA support to senior directors (diaries, travel, board packs)
- Coordinating projects, reporting, and internal communications
- Supporting IT coordination and onboarding/offboarding
What We’re Looking For
- Proven background in Office / Operations / Facilities Management
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a PA/EA capacity
