TXM Recruit currently have an excellent opportunity available for a Domestic Gas Engineer/Domestic Plumber to join a growing business, working across the Northamptonshire area. This will include working on their private domestic property contracts (not social housing). Some work will be commercial and project related during busy periods, but the majority of the work will be domestic. We are looking for someone who is looking for long-term work, with an open mind, and eager to progress within a company whilst they transition in a large period of growth.
Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 Per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hrs a week, (08:00 – 17:00)

DUTIES
- Domestic boiler installation
- LGSR's
- Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste disposal in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Build and maintain plumbing systems
- Interpret and follow blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes and drainage systems
- Install pipes and fixtures such as sinks and toilets
- Use various tools including power tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and stick welding for pipe fitting tasks
- Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, etc.
- Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts pipe fitting
- Assist with MVHR and HVAC maintenance within properties
- Assist on commercial projects from time-to-time
REQUIREMENTS
- Domestic gas qualifications
- NVQ L2/L3 in Plumbing Studies
- F-Gas (desirable)
- Full UK driving Licence
