TXM Recruit are currently looking for a Maintenance Assistant to work for a dedicated organisation who provide a 6-star high-quality private service to clients across a multi-site basis.
Location: Newmarket
Salary: £33,000/Yr DOE
Hours: 8/9am to 4/5pm - Monday to Friday
Weekends: 1-in-4 weekend shift
Overtime: Overtime is at 1.5x anything over 40hrs
Duties:
- General reactive maintenance in carpentry, tiling, basic plumbing, and gutter/drainpipe repairs
- Changing lightbulbs, replacing taps or toilet seats, hanging doors or fixing shelves
- Patch plastering, rendering, painting or minor carpentry and plumbing repairs
- Sourcing materials, overseeing contractors, and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Working closely with other team members, covering shifts when needed (including on-call duties)
- Adhering to all health and safety policies
