TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project in Torquay. They are looking for experienced Multi traders to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team, working on a long-term social housing contract.
MAIN DUTIES
- Using a handheld device, inspect jobs and report findings to the office for them to quote.
- Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related repair requests.
- Various domestic maintenance tasks.
- General property maintenance.
- Responsive maintenance & void property maintenance.
- Damp and Mold treatment services (large number of jobs in the area).
- To ensure that the quality of work always meets the highest possible standards.
- Undertake all work efficiently and cost effectively, minimising non-productive time wherever possible and reporting any difficulties encountered to the Resource Controller and/or Supervisor.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
Pay: £180 Per day (CIS). Van and tools required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- NVQ trade qualification(s)
- Multi trade experience
- Full current driving licence.
- A DBS check is required before commencement of role.
