TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber to work for one of the UKs largest and leading FM companies supporting them on a contract in Moreton-In-Marsh.
- The salary is £37,730.00
- Monday – Friday working 40-hour week
- Call out 1-in 4 (Monday to Friday, only for emergencies)
- Overtime @ 1.5x after 40 hours
As a static Plumber you’ll be the first point of contact for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and general building services across your allocated site. The work will be PPM and Building Services focused. The tasks could include Plumbing maintenance, fault finding and general repairs. You will also be asked to support with general electrical and fabric works within the facility including minor repairs.
