This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead high-spec electrical installations while mentoring junior engineers and delivering a first-class customer experience.
The Role
- Lead electrical installations in domestic environments
- Install EV chargers, smart home tech & premium appliances
- Provide expert demonstrations to customers
- Mentor junior engineers and support depot teams
- Carry out quality checks and ensure compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds)
- 18th Edition (BS7671) essential
- Strong domestic installation experience
- Leadership mindset – able to coach and develop others
- Full UK driving licence (3.5t experience a plus)
- Willing to travel to depots and customer sites
