TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile M&E Engineer with an AC bias to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts. The job will cover general weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, planned and unplanned maintenance duties as well as general fabric checks around the facility.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 45 hours
- Working hours: 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay)
- On Call: 1 in 4 weeks on call (Friday - Friday, this is for emergencies only)
- Salary: £41,210/Yr. + OT
- Location: Norwich
- Extra: Overtime available paid at x1.5
Your duties as an Air Conditioning Engineer will be yet not limited to:
- PPMs on commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnostics and fault finding
- Repairs to cooling units and AHUs
- Rectifying faults in plant rooms
- Splits, VRF and more
- You will also be asked to support with minor plumbing and fabric work within the facility.
