Looking to make an impact in a high-tech, fast-paced engineering environment? We are working with a market-leading manufacturer of power testing equipment, seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to improve production processes, drive lean initiatives, and champion a right-first-time culture.

Your Mission

  • Partnering with senior engineers and operations teams, you will:
  • Drive process improvements across production using Lean tools
  • Troubleshoot and improve manufacturing workflows
  • Facilitate Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) from the shop floor
  • Work cross-functionally to identify root causes and implement lasting fixes
  • Embed and champion right-first-time and continuous improvement principles
  • Support NPI with valuable manufacturing input

What You’ll Bring

  • HNC in Engineering (or equivalent)
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Working knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Instructions
  • Confident with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels
