Looking to make an impact in a high-tech, fast-paced engineering environment? We are working with a market-leading manufacturer of power testing equipment, seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to improve production processes, drive lean initiatives, and champion a right-first-time culture.
Your Mission
- Partnering with senior engineers and operations teams, you will:
- Drive process improvements across production using Lean tools
- Troubleshoot and improve manufacturing workflows
- Facilitate Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) from the shop floor
- Work cross-functionally to identify root causes and implement lasting fixes
- Embed and champion right-first-time and continuous improvement principles
- Support NPI with valuable manufacturing input
What You’ll Bring
- HNC in Engineering (or equivalent)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Working knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Instructions
- Confident with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels
