TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile Maintenance Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies covering South London As a Maintenance Engineer you’ll be working within your own dedicated sites as the client’s first point of call for PPM and reactive work along with other general building maintenance. Tasks could include lighting and power upgrades, circuit board repairs, emergency light testing, and other planned maintenance. You will also be asked to support with general fabric and building work within the facility including minor repairs. * Salary: £41,210 per annum * Schedule: Monday – Friday (45 hours) * Working hours: 7am – 4pm (Door to Door Pay) * Location: South London * On Call: 1 in 4 Weeks on call – This is for emergencies only (Friday – Friday) * Extra: Overtime available @ x1.5 Benefits: * Door-to-door pay for travel time. * Company van (with personal use option from Day 1) and fuel card. * 25 days annual leave + bank holidays. * Opportunity to earn additional income through enhanced overtime rates. * 4% bonus (subject to target achievement). * Group pension scheme with matched contributions (5% – 6%). * Life assurance coverage. * Access to a state-of-the-art training academy and funded training programs. * Discounts on B&Q/Trade Point and Nuffield Fitness. * Cycle to Work scheme and Health Cash Plan. * Refer a Friend reward scheme.
