TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile Air Conditioning Engineer/HVAC Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts. The job will cover general weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, planned and unplanned maintenance duties as well as general fabric checks around the facilities.
Location: Across Kent and parts of London.
Salary: up to £55,000/Yr DOE.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 40 hours.
Working hours: 8am to 4pm.
On Call: 1 in 4 weeks on call. (negotiable)
Extra: Overtime available and training in commercial gas or electrics if wanted.
Your duties will be yet not limited to:
- PPMs on commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnostics and fault finding
- Repairs to cooling units and AHUs
- Rectifying faults found
- Splits, VRF and more
- AC
- Overdoor Heaters
- HRU
- Fan Coils
- AHU
Requirements:
- Full UK License – 6 points max.
- F-Gas Cat 1 Qualified
- City & Guilds NVQ in air conditioning or equivalent.
