About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering highly technical engineering talent to Data Centres across Italy. You will bring a data-driven mindset to both contract and permanent recruitment, owning the full end-to-end process, from sourcing and screening to proactively building future talent pipelines across high-demand engineering specialisms.
You will support hiring across roles including:
- Civil / Structural Engineers
- Electrical Engineers
- Mechanical Engineers
- Facilities / Critical Systems Engineers
- Network Engineers
This role requires an individual who is comfortable managing executive-level searches while simultaneously handling high-volume requisitions, supporting a rapidly scaling function in a fast-paced environment.
