Maintenance Operative - TXM Recruit are currently looking for a maintenance operative to work for an inhouse supermarket maintenance team on a 12-week temp to perm scheme. This role will be based with autonomous working completing planned maintenance across a few stores. Location - Boston / Market Deeping Salary 29,328.86/yr or 14.01/ph Hours - 6am to 3pm - Monday to Friday (Can be flexed slightly for childcare etc) Weekends - 1-in-4 weekend shift (1.25x rate for Sunday) Overtime - Overtime is there at 1.5x As a Maintenance Operative your duties will be but not limited to General reactive maintenance in store from toilets, shop floor and communal areas. This may include changing lightbulbs, replacing taps or toilet seats hanging doors or fixing shelves. Patch plaster. rendering, painting or minor carpentry and plumbing repairs. PPMs such as Legionella, Fire Alarm Testing, Sprinkler Testing (training provided). Building inspections including roof walks and building checks to exterior Cark Park checks drain covers, trolley shelters, bollards There will be daily duties to ensure the tablet is updated, this may be reporting issues, H Technology will be used in the form of a PDA Tablet and Company provided Smartphone.
