TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Senior Maintenance Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 45 hours
  • Working hours: 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay)
  • On Call: 1 in 4 weeks on call. (Friday - Friday for emergencies only)
  • Salary: 48,812/Yr.
  • Location: Dartford, Welling and Bromley
  • Extra Overtime: available after 45 hours hit. (1.5x)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform PPM and reactive maintenance across your designated sites with a focus on plumbing and mechanical works
  • Carry out fault-finding and repairs across mechanical systems
  • You’ll be allocated tasks and work proactively to accomplish them within the set service level agreements, ensuring all work orders are opened and closed in real time.
