TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile Air Conditioning Engineer/HVAC Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts. The job will cover general weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, planned and unplanned maintenance duties as well as general fabric checks around the facilities.

Location: Across Kent and parts of London.

Salary: Up to £55,000/Yr DOE.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours.

Working hours: 8am to 4pm.

On Call: 1 in 4 weeks on call (negotiable).

Extra overtime available and training in commercial gas or electrics if wanted.

Your duties will be yet not limited to:

  • PPMs on commercial HVAC systems
  • Diagnostics and fault finding
  • Repairs to cooling units and AHUs
  • Rectifying faults found
  • Splits, VRF and more
  • AC
  • Overdoor Heaters
  • HRU
  • Fan Coils
  • AHU

Requirements:

  • Full UK License (6 points max)
  • F-Gas Cat 1 Qualified
  • City & Guilds or equivalent qualification
