TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for an Air Conditioning Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 45 hours
- Working hours: 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay)
- On Call: 1 in 4 weeks on call. This is for emergencies only.
- Salary: £48,812/Yr.
- Location: Maidstone, Kent
- Extra Overtime: available after 45 hours
Your duties will be yet not limited to:
- PPMs on commercial HVAC systems
- Experience in changing a compressor which includes brazing
- Experience in replacing 4 port valves
- Experience on VRV Systems
- Technical Support
- Technical Reports
- AC Surveys to diagnose faults
- You will also be asked to support with minor fabric work within the stores if ever required.
Requirements:
- Full UK License 6 points max.
- F-Gas Cat 1 Qualified
- Recognized Apprenticeship or Qualified to AC/HVAC Services.
