Overview: We are supporting a leading composites manufacturer in the North Buckinghamshire region who are looking for experienced Composite Laminators to join their day shift team. You will be producing high-quality composite components for motorsport and advanced engineering projects, working to tight tolerances and high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hand-lay carbon fibre laminating using pre-preg materials
  • Working from technical drawings, ply books and work instructions
  • Preparing moulds, including cleaning, release application and general prep
  • Bagging and de-bagging components
  • Trimming, bonding and finishing composite parts
  • Ensuring components meet quality, dimensional and cosmetic requirements
  • Supporting production schedules and working effectively within a team environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a composite laminator (motorsport or high-end composites preferred)
  • Strong understanding of pre-preg laminating and cleanroom processes
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and ply books
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
