The Role
We are currently recruiting an experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Driver to be based in Walsall. This is a reliable, ongoing role offering consistent work, well-maintained vehicles, and a professional working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving Class 1 (C+E) vehicles safely and professionally
- Completing deliveries and collections as scheduled
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
- Ensuring all loads are secured correctly and safely
- Completing paperwork and digital tachograph records accurately
- Complying with all Driver Hours, WTD, and road transport legislation
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Class 1 experience preferred
- No points for insurance purposes
- Good knowledge of UK road networks
- Reliable, professional attitude
