The QA Test Manager will lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across internal and external teams, taking ownership of QA strategy, execution, stakeholder reporting, and continuous improvement in testing standards. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential due to global collaboration. Proven experience in QA and UAT management, ideally in a fast-paced or regulated environment. Strong ability to develop and manage test assets—plans, scripts, and test data—across multiple project phases. Excellent communication skills, with experience working alongside both internal developers and external clients/partners. Familiarity with web and mobile application testing. Exposure to automated testing (UI, API) and performance testing tools. Knowledge of test reporting and QA tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar.
