TXM are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Head of Programmes to lead and coordinate a portfolio of cross-functional projects from initiation through to successful completion. This is a key leadership position, responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget, while maintaining strong communication across internal teams, stakeholders and third-party partners. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent organisational and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced and technically focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in line with wider business goals. Develop detailed project plans, schedules and resource allocations. Coordinate internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure successful project delivery. Manage day-to-day project activities, identifying risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies. Monitor project performance, budgets, timelines and key deliverables. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, project teams and senior leadership.
