Creative Designer TXM Recruit are working with a privately owned company that has been supplying retailers across the UK, Europe, the US and the Middle East for over 20 years, supporting them with the recruitment of a new Creative Designer. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative designer to take ownership of the visual identity of a range of well-known consumer products, with a particular focus on packaging, retail displays, digital content and customer presentations. This position is based at the company's UK office, with 4 days per week required in the Fleet, Hampshire office. Salary & Benefits Salary – £32,000 per year Pension scheme 21 days holiday + Bank Holidays Christmas shutdown Opportunity to work with a globally recognised licensed brand Direct exposure to senior leadership and international customers Broad creative scope across packaging, retail, digital and 3D design Role and Responsibilities Designing new and existing product packaging across batteries, flashlights and new product ranges Producing print-ready artwork to agreed dielines and supplier specifications Creating retail displays and point-of-sale materials including FSDUs, shelf-ready packaging, clip strips, wobblers and shelf barkers Creating customer presentations, range reviews and sales pitch decks Producing photorealistic 3D product, packaging and in-store renders Creating customer-specific and promotional artwork Supporting website and online marketplace content across platforms such as WordPress and Shopify Working with suppliers, factories, agencies and internal teams to deliver projects on time Maintaining brand guidelines, artwork archives and creative assets Ensuring packaging and artwork meets relevant brand, legal and regulatory requirements The ideal candidate The ideal candidate will be an experienced Graphic or Creative Designer with a strong background in packaging, FMCG, consumer goods or retail. You will have excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, alongside experience creating artwork that has gone through to print. You should be comfortable working across multiple projects and able to turn commercial briefs into creative, professional and retail-ready designs. Experience with 3D rendering, websites, Amazon content or licensed brands would be advantageous.
