Are you an experienced administrator? Are you an organised individual who has high attention to detail, organisation and customer service? If so, TXM Recruit are recruiting for a Fleet Training Admin located in Tyseley, Birmingham on a 3-month contract basis paying £13 per hour (PAYE). This role is to support the administrative function with their Digital Scanning project.
Key Outcomes:
- Current project requires a high level of data administration work to ensure it is managed to a successful completion within agreed periods.
- Data entry into the company's SharePoint and other matrix.
- Will require accuracy and be able to extract information from a report and enter a computer-based system.
- The candidate will input the data received into the correct systems and reports within agreed timeframes.
- There will be a high volume of requests to manage, working to tight deadlines.
- Ability to accurately book candidates for training courses.
What we are looking for:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- High levels of organisation.
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and web-based systems.
- GCSEs minimum Grade C in English and Maths.
- You will have excellent database and data management skills.
- Excellent IT literacy skills.
