Electrician – I am currently working in partnership with a rapidly-expanding electrical business who are experiencing continued success within the commercial sector. Specifically, I am looking for a Fixed Wire Testing Electrician to work in commercial properties covering the South London area, including offices, schools, universities, hotels, retail stores and small industrial units. Working as an Electrician you will be responsible for the following: Conducting fixed wire testing and completing laptop based EICRs (electrical installation condition reports) Completing emergency light testing and remedial work including socket, light and switch changes General electrical maintenance within commercial buildingsThe starting basic salary is £38k with on target earnings reaching up to £45k per year. The hours of work for the Electrician are Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm, there will be optional overtime and call out available with occasional weekend work required on an ad-hoc basis. Benefits include a company van, fuel card, holiday allowance, pension contribution & the opportunity to progress within the company.
