We are seeking a Fixed Wire Testing Electrician to work in various commercial properties, including offices, schools, universities, hotels, retail stores, and small industrial units. Key Responsibilities: Conduct fixed wire testing and complete laptop-based Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs). Perform emergency light testing and remedial work, including socket, light, and switch changes. Carry out general electrical maintenance within commercial buildings.Salary and Benefits: Starting salary: £38,000, with performance bonuses up to £45,000. Optional overtime and occasional weekend work.
