TXM Recruit are currently looking for qualified Electricians to join an ongoing hotel refurbishment project in Glasgow. We are looking for Electricians to work as part of a 2-person team, completing first and second fix electrical works across individual hotel rooms.
The Role
- First fix electrical installation within hotel rooms
- Stripping out existing fittings and wiring
- Installing new cabling and wiring for fittings
- Second fix installation and finishing works
- Completing rooms to a high standard
- Working efficiently as part of a 2-person team
- Minimum expectation of 4 room fixes per day
Pay & Hours
- £75 per person, per fix
- £300 per completed room, based on a team of 2
- Monday to Friday
- Work available for up to 12 weeks
- Immediate start available
Requirements
- JIB Gold Card
- 18th Edition
- Previous refurbishment/commercial experience preferred
- Able to work effectively as part of a 2-person team
- Good standard of workmanship and reliability
