TXM Recruit are recruiting for 2 administrators for a short-term requirement, supporting our property department, up until 30/05/2025, ideally starting as soon as possible. The roles would be full-time, 5 days per week, based at head office.
Main Duties:
- Data entry into the Property Maintenance System, Concerto.
- Require accuracy and be able to extract information from a report and enter a computer-based system.
- Need to have good IT literacy skills.
- Consistent in data entry and be able to work unsupervised from time to time.
- Role will be working with an existing member of staff to guide and advise due to the short timescales involved.
- Occasionally will be periods in which you will need to work independently.
