We are seeking an organised Customer Account Administrator with trade administration exposure to support OE and Aftermarket programmes within a fast-paced engineering environment. This role offers the opportunity to develop into a Trade Specialist, gaining deeper experience in shipping, compliance and international trade processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Order and data entry into business systems
- Review purchase orders against quotations and contract terms
- Maintain order books (dates, quantities, pricing updates)
- Monitor order progression through manufacturing and repair
- Support shipping documentation and trade compliance activities
- Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve delivery or contractual queries
- Maintain contract files, customer records and change logs
- Act as admin contact for assigned customer programmes
What We’re Looking For
- Administrative experience in a customer or commercial environment
- Exposure to trade / shipping administration (import/export paperwork, logistics coordination, compliance support)
- Strong written communication and organisation skills
