TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for several Refrigeration Engineers to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies covering the Coventry / wider Warwickshire area.
As a Refrigeration Engineer you’ll be working within your own dedicated sites as the client’s first point of call for PPM and reactive work.
Salary details: – £51,261.00 Door-to-door pay for travel time.
- OTE with Overtime and Bonus + £8,000-£12,000 additional earnings
- Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday + 1 in 4 weeks on-call with 1 in 4 Saturdays

Responsibilities
- Perform PPM and reactive maintenance across your designated sites
- Carry out fault-finding and repairs across refrigeration systems
- Reporting leaks or completed tasks via internal system
