Role Details
- Position: Composite Trimmer Nights
- Location: Silverstone
- Hours: Monday Thursday, 17:00 03:30
- Salary: Up to £55,000 base (DOE) + £3,000 night shift allowance
- Trim, fit, and bond carbon fibre components to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Assemble moulds, jigs, and fixtures as required.
- Apply extensive knowledge of structural bonding to ensure work meets company standards.
- Deliver components accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality within set deadlines.
- Support the wider team and assist across the department when needed.
- Proven experience in composite trimming/fitting within F1 or high-level motorsport.
- Strong attention to detail with a methodical, quality-driven approach.
- Confident working to tight deadlines and with minimal supervision.
