The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the most established Formula 1 teams in the UK. With the winter build fast approaching, our client is experiencing a strong forward drive and is seeking a skilled and experiencedComposite Laminatorwith proven experience in the fast-paced motorsport sector.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble carbon fibre components using engineering drawings and build manuals.
  • Perform laminating and tooling across a diverse range of products.
  • Ensure all materials are as specified and laid up in accordance with lay-up instructions and manuals.
  • Apply exceptional attention to detail in all laminating tasks.
  • Vacuum bag parts to a consistently high standard.
  • Support all aspects of production, including mould preparation and de-moulding.
  • Complete all documentation to the required standard.
Candidate Profile:
  • Experience working in the motorsport or Formula 1 sector.
  • Strong knowledge of laminating processes.
  • Ideally 2+ years experience with a leading Formula 1 team.
  • Passion for motorsport.
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet customer requirements.
