Composite Laminator

Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 (Unlimited Overtime Available)
Rate: Up to £22.00 per hour
Status: Outside IR35
We are seeking an experienced Composite Laminator to join a busy and growing composites team working on a range of exciting projects within motorsport, aerospace, and high-performance industries. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge materials and processes, with excellent earning potential through unlimited overtime.
Key Responsibilities
Laminating high-quality carbon fibre and composite components to engineering drawings and lay-up manuals.
Preparing moulds, materials, and tooling for production.
Carrying out vacuum bagging, debulking, and autoclave operations.
Trimming, bonding, and finishing components to exact specifications.
Ensuring all work meets strict quality standards and deadlines.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience as a Composite Laminator (ideally within motorsport, aerospace, or similar high-performance industries).
Strong knowledge of pre-preg laminating techniques.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and lay-up manuals. xiskglj

Flexible and reliable, with the willingness to work overtime
