  • Translating schematic designs into manufacturable PCB layouts.
  • Designing complex RF, digital, analogue and mixed‑signal PCBs.
  • Working closely with hardware and mechanical engineering teams throughout product development.
  • Conducting design reviews with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Ensuring designs are delivered on time, to specification and in line with quality standards.
  • Driving continuous improvements in PCB design processes and engineering best practice.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience designing complex RF, digital, analogue and power PCBs.
  • Strong knowledge of HDI PCB technologies, including microvias, stacked vias, via‑in‑pad and back drilling.
  • Experience with controlled impedance, high‑speed design and length matching using constraint management.
  • Advanced PCB layout skills using Altium Designer.
  • Experience with Siemens PADS (desirable).
  • Good understanding of SMT, Design for Manufacture (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).
  • Knowledge of IPC standards and EMI/EMC best practice.
  • Experience collaborating with mechanical and hardware engineering teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to deliver high‑quality designs under project deadlines.

Qualifications

HNC, HND or Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years' experience in electronics hardware development and PCB design.

What's on Offer

  • Opportunity to work on technically challenging, next‑generation electronic products.
  • Collaborative engineering environment with experienced multidisciplinary teams.
  • Varied projects covering RF, high‑speed digital and mixed‑signal technologies.
