TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer with Mechanical experienceto work for one of the UKs leading facilities companieson a commercial site based in Mayfair.
PLEASE NOTE: This position is working on nights, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7PM-7AM.
Schedule -Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Workinghours- 7PM-7AM. 36 hours per week.
Pay-£35 per hour CIS
Location -Mayfair
As a Maintenance Operative yourdutieswill be but not limited to
- General reactive maintenanceon site.
- This may include changing light bulbs, replacing taps or toilet seats hanging doors or fixing shelves. Patch plaster. rendering, painting or minor carpentry and plumbing repairs.
- Pre Planned Maintenance and compliancechecks.
- Building inspections.
- Mechanical inspections/maintenance on chillers, fan coils, etc.
Required skills and qualifications
- Experience working within a commercial FM environment
- Experience working in Mechanical Building Maintenance.
- NVQ in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (desired).
