TXM Recruit is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer with mechanical experience for a leading UK facilities company on a commercial site in Mayfair. The role works nights, 7 PM–7 AM, Monday to Thursday, 48 hours per week, on site in Mayfair.
Duties include reactive maintenance, PM checks, building inspections, and mechanical maintenance of chillers and related systems. Experience in a commercial FM environment is preferred; NVQ in Mechanical Engineering is desirable.
