TXM Recruit are seeking a Maintenance Operative with mechanical expertise for a commercial site in Mayfair. This weekend role runs on Saturday and Sunday, 7:00–19:00, totaling 36 hours per week with a pay rate of £33 per hour CIS.
Responsibilities include reactive maintenance on site, basic carpentry/plumbing, general inspections and mechanical maintenance on chillers and fan coils. Experience in a commercial FM environment is preferred; NVQ in Mechanical Engineering is desirable.
