TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer with Mechanical experience to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a commercial site based in Mayfair.
PLEASE NOTE: This position is working on nights, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7PM-7AM.

7PM-7AM. 36 hours per week.
Pay
£35 per hour CIS

Responsibilities
- General reactive maintenance on site
- This may include changing light bulbs, replacing taps or toilet seats hanging doors or fixing shelves.
- Patch plaster. rendering, painting or minor carpentry and plumbing repairs.
- Pre Planned Maintenance and compliance checks.
- Building inspections.
- Mechanical inspections/maintenance on chillers, fan coils, etc.
Required skills and qualifications
- Experience working within a commercial FM environment
- Experience working in Mechanical Building Maintenance.
- NVQ in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (desired).
