About the Role
The TXM Group are looking for a Group Legal Counsel to join our legal team and support the business with all legal aspects. The role offers a great opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders across the business providing practical legal advice, managing risk and supporting business growth initiatives. You will play a key part in ensuring the Group’s legal governance and compliance frameworks compliant while providing day-to-day legal support across the business.
What you’ll be doing
- Review, draft, and advise on a range of commercial contracts.
- Act as a first point of contact for legal queries, resolving issues where possible and escalating as required.
- Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and organic growth initiatives, including due diligence and stakeholder coordination.
- Identify legal risks and work with the legal team to implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with local legal advisors to ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements.
About you
- Qualified solicitor or equivalent legal qualification with strong commercial awareness.
- Proven experience in commercial/contract management environment.
- Confident working on cross-border or multi-jurisdictional matters.
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative, proactive, and results-driven with a focus on adding value to the business.
