  • ~1-3 years experience in embedded systems, controls, or power electronics
  • Strong first principles approach to problem solving
  • Experience with microcontrollers / embedded systems and C/C++
  • Understanding of control systems (e.g. feedback loops, PID)
  • Experience in analogue and power electronics design (up to ~1000V desirable)
  • Knowledge of IGBTs, MOSFETs, and associated drive circuitry
  • Experience with schematic capture, PCB design, and circuit simulation (e.g. LTSpice)
  • Exposure to testing, validation, and debugging
  • Experience in automotive, motorsport, or aerospace environments is advantageous
  • Awareness of safety-critical standards (e.g. ISO 26262 or DO-254)

Desirable Experience

  • SiC / GaN (wide bandgap) devices
  • EMC-aware design in line with global standards
  • Development and execution of validation plans
  • Experience with Altium Designer, PSIM
  • Exposure to DFMEA / FTA and structured engineering processes
  • Tolerance analysis and lifetime calculations

Why Apply?
