We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth, develop new sector opportunities, and expand existing client relationships for a pioneer in crafting innovative designs for branded merchandise, team kit and fanwear across the Motorsport sector.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across new sectors
- Grow existing accounts and expand the client base
- Lead commercial negotiations with prospective clients
- Prepare and manage business proposals and tenders
- Act as the primary contact for both new and existing clients
- Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and margin planning
About the Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in Retail Apparel
- Strong background managing high-value accounts and contract negotiations
- Experience within branded apparel or merchandise industries
- Results-driven with strong relationship building and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel internationally when required
